The Healing Journey
The last couple of weeks have been interesting, this healing stuff is time consuming and emotional. As I continue my soul searching journey, the work goes deep, on a cellular level. There, I meet my inner demons while I learn to let go of the pain, the loneliness, the struggle... It's the dark side, an uncomfortable place, that most do not see nor do they want to tap. The remarkable thing is that when you face your demons, your fears; they are released making space for new energy, new chi and in my case NEW MOVEMENT... The healing process.
3 and 1/2 weeks until India, 76 days off all medication.
Meet Erica my next caretaker. I'm excited to get the opportunity to travel, heal and learn with her. I asked Erica to write up a little bio: I'm getting better all the time at knowing what my body needs...massage! If anyone wants to book an appointment email me.

What A Summer.
I'm back. It has been a couple of months, but I'm back, refreshed and ready for more! I needed some down time from updating my blog.
What a summer. As the seasons change, I'm amazed at the improvements in my body. I'm 60 days off all medication, yet my body remains limber and relaxed as I log hours of neuralgic patterning into my system. My daily schedule has been grueling (hours of rehab and detoxing) and I have hardly made it past the round-a-bout in months.
I have a dream, I believe the possibilities are unlimited and soon I will walk with grace, style and NO CANE... Life is good!
