Back Home. 2nd Stem Cell Treatment Complete.

I’m home! 38 hours to get to India.... 35 hours to get from Delhi, India back to Aspen, Colorado. But, hey... I’m home safe and sound. Sorry it has taken so long to get back to blogging...jet-lag. Blaming that one on jet-lag. WOW! The jet-lag, even when you know it’s coming. It sneaks up on you, grabs hold (tightly) and throws you into the unknown, for at least the next five plus days. However, helloooo and good morning! I’m back. Still waking a bit early, but I’ve always enjoyed the quiet, peaceful mornings. A great time to get stuff done or just relax with a cup of coffee and read.

Love and Quality of Life. Written Nov.26th

-Angela

Love and quality of life are two items I witnessed in India.

Love because they care so much about each other and living things. Leah's friends at Yoga in the Park feed the deer, the stray dogs, and even the birds. It's influenced by karma and reincarnation. Plus they have a mutual respect for their spouses, friends, and family. Divorce is taboo and yet many marriages are arranged or the female's father has the final say. Would your parents have picked your spouse for you or would they have chosen someone different? Yet the couples I saw were happily married. They spoke kindly about their spouses and you could see a spark in their eye just thinking about them. Being a divorced, single mom, it was enlightening to see that commitment and sanctity of marriage still exists. We met a man who fell in love with a woman after knowing her 25 days. He was in a high cast yet his family name was a little bit lower on the cast than hers. Her father said no. That's it- it's over. They split up. I'm not sure who to feel sorry for. The girl or the boy. They both have to move on.
